Information

• Located 15 minutes east of Margaret River townsite
•  rural farming area, with 2km of gravel road.
• A vehicle is required. 
• Tour groups will pickup from Chalet.   
• No  PETS. 
• No CHILDREN under 16yrs  
• Owners do live on the property, but you have full privacy.

**  ROOM RATES: **

The Room rate is for 1 to 2 persons and  is based on occupancy of  #1 Bedroom Only. (King size bed)

If guests 1 & 2 require the second bedroom to sleep separately, an extra bedroom cost of $60.00 per night will be incurred.  If required please contact Host via message to arrange.

EXTRA GUESTS: (3rd & 4th persons) will be charged $100 per person – per night. To do so enter the “correct number of guests” when making your booking on the booking site.

NO NEED TO ADD ROOMS.   A booking for a 3rd or 4th guest automatically opens the second bedroom with a Queen sized bed.

We have only the one Chalet on the property, the second bedroom remains closed if not required. You have the Chalet to yourselves. 

Maximum guests staying in Chalet = 4

Number of Bedrooms = 2

**  NO LARGE PARTIES OR MAJOR EVENTS.
